If you are not 100% satisfied with your completed order, you may contact us for a full refund. Creativesheep Ltd will provide the reimbursement by reversing the amount previously charged to the card or bank account used relative to the card.

Our main goal is your full satisfaction with our services. We will provide a complete refund if:

• You are not satisfied with the final product, and you provide us with the reasoning for your dissatisfaction.
• The work on your order hadn't been started when the request for a refund was received.
• For whatever reason the order could not be completed according to its specifications.
• We respect you and your business, and only want to provide you with the best service.

A cancellation occurs when either the customer or supplier voids an order via the card account or bank account used, and before working on the order has begun. Creativesheep Ltd will not collect any funds from the customer upon cancellation, and previously authorised funds will only be released at the bank's discretion.
